Yeah, the principals voted 7-7. DDN said it needed to pass 11-3 which is what the ADs voted. All the small schools, who would not be affected much voted no. WC is huge, but competition wise would be a fit for a while.
I thought for sure it would pass, giving two 8 team divisions in large school and small school. Horrible mistake IMHO. The ADs vote 11-3 to do it, and the principals vote 7-7???
